Position Overview
FriendsJob is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM / Customer Service Executive to be part of our high-energy team in Delhi. The ideal applicant will serve as the first point of contact between FriendsJob, clients, and candidates—facilitating effective communication, issue redressal, and utilization of CRM software. This is a customer-facing job that demands excellent interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills, with a steadfast commitment to providing an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact for all incoming client and candidate queries through phone, email, and live chat
Keep clients/candidates’ accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM
Work with internal departments such as recruitment, business development, and operations to align the delivery of services
Oversee and manage end-to-end client experience from scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and follow-up assistance
Report weekly CRM performance metrics and level of client engagement
Proactively recognize areas of service improvement opportunities and make workflow contributions
Ensure service delivery against FriendsJob’s quality and response levels
Handle escalations in a professional manner with timely resolution
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field
1–3 years’ experience in customer service, CRM coordination, client support, or equivalent role
Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Freshdesk
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
A problem-solving mindset with a client-first attitude
Familiarity with the recruitment or staffing industry is an added advantage
