Key Responsibilities
Gather, clean, and analyze large amounts of data on business performance, finance, HR, or recruitment metrics Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio Translate data trends into actionable insights to inform business improvements Assist business development and operations teams within FriendsJob with data-driven strategies Analyze hiring and candidate data to improve FriendsJob’s recruitment performance Create monthly/weekly business performance reports and help in forecasting Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security in all sources Help automate routine reporting using scripts or data tools

Essential Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related disciplines
1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Reporting Analyst
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

SQL, Python (foundation level), or data scripting expertise is an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail with high data integrity
Effective multitasking with the ability to meet deadlines in a high-energy working environment
