About the Role
FriendsJob is hiring a Delivery Boy for its Sonari branch in Gujarat. This role is perfect for reliable, punctual individuals who take pride in timely deliveries and providing exceptional customer service. You will ensure that packages reach customers safely, maintain proper delivery records, and follow company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver packages to designated locations on time and efficiently.
Plan daily routes to optimize delivery schedules.
Load and unload packages carefully to prevent damage.
Collect and record payments for deliveries when necessary.
Address customer questions and complaints professionally.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies with deliveries.
Obtain customer signatures for completed deliveries.
Maintain the delivery vehicle, including cleaning, refueling, and basic upkeep.
Report road accidents or traffic violations to management promptly.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers.

Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
1–2 years of delivery experience preferred.
Knowledge of road safety regulations.
Familiarity with local routes and areas in Sonari.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to quality service.
