Best Concern Services Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking dedicated, punctual, and responsible candidates for the position of Last-Mile Delivery Boy. This field-based role is critical in ensuring prompt and safe delivery of goods to customers’ doorsteps. 🔧 Key Responsibilities
Timely pickup and delivery of parcels as per daily route assignments using a personal two-wheeler.
Ensure the secure and damage-free transportation of goods.
Maintain accurate records through delivery tracking apps or logs.
Communicate courteously with customers during handovers and resolve basic delivery-related queries.
Adhere to company protocols regarding documentation, proof of delivery, and parcel returns.
Follow all local traffic and safety rules to ensure secure delivery operations.
Regularly update supervisors regarding delivery status, undelivered items, or any route deviations.
👤 Candidate Profile
✅ Educational Qualifications:
Minimum requirement: 10th Pass
Higher qualifications are appreciated but not mandatory
✅ Experience:
0 to 2 years in a delivery, courier, or field-executive role preferred
Freshers with sound route awareness and good conduct are also encouraged to apply
✅ Skill Set & Attributes:
Confident use of Google Maps or navigation apps
Ability to operate smartphones and delivery applications effectively
Strong time management, punctuality, and organizational skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working without direct supervision
✅ Other Requirements:
Must own a personal two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license
A smartphone with active internet connection is required
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as per delivery schedules
