- Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000 /-
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹100 per night
- Overtime Pay: ₹104 per hour
- Total Monthly Earnings: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 /-

Job Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves as per order requirements
- Pack items securely to ensure safe delivery and prevent damage
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles
- Sort and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement within the warehouse
- Assist in stock counting and inventory management when required
- Follow company guidelines and safety procedures at all times
- Work efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines
Key Requirements
- Basic reading and writing skills to understand labels and instructions
- Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse tasks such as lifting and standing for long hours
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
