🧼 Job Overview
As a Housekeeping Staff member at Kisan Konnect, you will be responsible for maintaining a hygienic and sanitized environment across office and warehouse areas. Your work ensures a safe, clean, and professional atmosphere for both team members and visitors. This support role is essential to the smooth functioning of everyday operations.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in office, warehouse, and common areas
Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, glass panels, and office equipment
Clean and disinfect restrooms, toilets, urinals, and wash areas
Refill restroom supplies including soap, tissue, and sanitary items
Collect and dispose of garbage from all designated bins
Assist in basic linen management, folding, and restocking
Follow daily cleaning schedules as assigned by the supervisor
Wear proper uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE)
Support warehouse setups, deliveries, and internal clean-up when required
Report any leakages, damage, or cleaning-related maintenance issues
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 8th Pass
Age Limit: 18 to 40 years
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, not mandatory
Physically fit and able to work on foot for long hours
Willing to work in rotating day/night shifts
Must carry valid ID proof – Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details at the time of joining

In-hand Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 (based on shift & experience)
Night Shift Allowance: ₹108 per night shift
