Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely updates in the recruitment database.
Assist with joining formalities, documentation, and induction of new employees.
Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.
Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities follow company policies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and HR processes.

0–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers encouraged to apply).
