Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding
✅ Understand hiring requirements & create effective job descriptions
✅ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media & references
✅ Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
✅ Maintain candidate database & recruitment MIS reports
✅ Conduct telephonic interviews & preliminary HR rounds
✅ Execute bulk hiring strategies when required
✅ Handle joining formalities & employee documentation
✅ Build strong candidate relationships and employer branding
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Confidence & ability to handle bulk hiring
Proficiency in MS Office & recruitment tools
Knowledge of HR recruitment best practices
Ability to work under timelines and meet hiring targets
Strong follow-up & coordination abilities
Qualifications
🎓 Graduation (Any Stream)
📌 Experience: Fresher / 0-2 years in HR recruitment preferred
