Hub Lead Jobs in Ballabhgarh – Haryana

• Profile: Hub Lead
• Industry Type: E-Commerce

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle Manpower team. • Last Mile Delivery.
• Maintain and monitor operational budget for the delivery department..
• Create cost-effective distribution plans and efficient routes for deliveries using mapping
• software and other software programs.
• Tracking of shipping orders are filled and ready for delivery by certifying that there is • enough inventory in stock to fulfill orders.
• Maintain SLA. • Ensure that deliveries are made within strict timeline so that shipments arrive to customer on time.
• Ensure all the necessary legal and regulatory documents FORS HUBS.
• Answer questions for customers, track deliveries, and address customer complaints. • Competencies/Skills-Manpower management, Team handling, Team building, Good in excel, Leadership.
