About the Role
Best Concern Services Pvt. Ltd., a well-established name in logistics staffing via Friendsjob, is looking to recruit diligent and ambitious people for the Last-Mile Delivery Boy position in Jagtial. The position is ideal for applicants who are independent, familiar with local routes, and interested in initiating or developing a career in logistics and last-mile delivery operations. You will be responsible for the last link of the delivery chain, delivering packages securely and on time to customers’ doorsteps, boosting customer satisfaction and business success.

Main Duties
In the timely pick-up and delivery of goods on a personal two-wheeler.
Proper care in handling packages so that they remain intact during transportation.
Keep accurate delivery records, as transmitted by mobile apps.
Professional communication with customers at delivery.
Ensure documentation and verification at the time of pickup and dropoff.
Adhere to all safety, traffic, and company compliance regulations.
Update supervisors on delivery status, delays, or returned items.

Candidate Profile & Requirements
✅ Educational Qualification:
At least 10th pass
Higher studies are an advantage but not a necessity
✅ Experience:
0–2 years of experience in delivery or courier operations desirable
Freshers with good knowledge of routes are welcome to apply
✅ Skills & Attributes:
Smartphone and delivery app proficiency
Knowledge of Google Maps and local route navigation
Strong work ethic, time management, and sense of discipline
Basic customer service handling skills
✅ Other Criteria:
Should have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Smartphone with internet connectivity
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, or holidays when necessary
