Looking for an ML Data Associate job in Hyderabad? Amazon is hiring for Alexa Data Services. Work from home and contribute to improving Alexa’s AI by labeling and managing text and speech data.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and label text, speech, and data as per KPIs
• Use internal tools to maintain high-quality output
• Report tool/software issues proactively
• Suggest improvements for processes and tools
• Maintain strict data confidentiality and follow company policies

A Day in the Role:
Work on real-world text and speech data to improve Alexa’s performance. Collaborate with teams and ensure accurate data labeling to support AI development.

About the Team:
Alexa Data Services (ADS) supports training and testing of Alexa AI by working closely with Machine Learning teams to improve speech recognition and language understanding.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Good command of English and Hindi
• Knowledge of regional languages (Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, Malayalam)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Typing speed: 40+ WPM with 90%+ accuracy
• Basic troubleshooting skills

Preferred:
• Experience in data labeling or AI-related work (not mandatory)
