Role Summary
As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for handling fresh and frozen non-vegetarian products, ensuring accurate order picking, proper packaging, and maintaining hygiene standards in a cold storage environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pick and sort items such as meat, seafood, and frozen goods based on order details
Pack products securely using approved materials to maintain freshness and quality
Maintain cleanliness in cold storage and packing areas, adhering to hygiene protocols
Inspect items for expiry dates, labels, and quality before dispatch
Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and delivery staff to ensure timely dispatch
Follow all company SOPs and food safety regulations
Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
Physically fit and able to work in cold storage conditions
Basic smartphone usage for order verification and communication
Must reside in or around Ain, lucknow
Flexible with shift timings (morning/evening)
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or FMCG sectors is an advantage
