The role involves handling product movement within the warehouse, ensuring that customer orders are picked packed, and dispatched with speed and accuracy. Working in this fast-paced logistics environment requires discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to meet performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Select items accurately from inventory using mobile scanners or digital lists
Pack essential goods (FMCG, grocery items) in line with company guidelines
Ensure proper labeling and timely dispatch of customer orders
Maintain inventory logs and support periodic stock audits
Follow hygiene and safety protocols in designated work zones
Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow staff to meet daily targets
Adhere to Blinkit’s warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed In-Hand Salary: ₹11,500 per month
Attendance Bonus: ₹1,500 per month for full attendance
Night Shift Allowance: ₹1,500 (if applicable)
Overtime payment in accordance with statutory labor laws
Weekly day off as per shift schedule
Safety gear, uniforms, and ID provided at onboarding
