Job Description: Picker-Packer at Blinkit (Chhajarsi, Noida)
Location: Blinkit Warehouse – Chhajarsi, Noida
Position: Picker-Packer
Division: Warehouse Operations
Shift: 8–10 hours (Flexible or Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 6 days/week (1 day off)

Profile Summary
As a Picker-Packer at Blinkit, you will be at the heart of our fast-paced operations, ensuring that products are picked and packed with precision for quick deliveries. You’ll be responsible for accurately picking orders, securely packing products, and maintaining the warehouse’s efficiency and cleanliness. This position plays a crucial role in supporting Blinkit’s mission to deliver high-quality service and products to customers in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
Order Picking: Accurately select items from the shelves based on customer orders using handheld devices.
Verification: Double-check the quantity, SKU, and expiry date of each product to ensure accuracy.
Packing: Pack items securely, ensuring they are protected during transportation.
Labeling: Properly label each package with the required shipping information.
Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Stock Reporting: Report any damaged goods, expired products, or stock discrepancies to the supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum 10th pass
Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply
Age: 18 to 30 years
