We are actively hiring Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team in Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be dependable, physically fit, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is essential for ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, packing, and dispatch operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Pick items accurately based on customer orders using picking lists or barcode scanners
Pack products safely and securely following company packaging standards
Label shipments correctly and prepare them for dispatch
Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned warehouse zones
Assist in inventory control, restocking, and damage reporting
Comply with warehouse safety standards and operational SOPs
Meet or exceed daily performance and quality benchmarks
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum education: 10th Pass (SSC or equivalent)
Prior experience in logistics or warehouse operations preferred (freshers welcome)
Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long hours and lifting packages
Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night and weekend shifts
Basic familiarity with warehouse systems and teamwork skills is desirable
💼 Compensation & Benefits
In-hand salary: ₹13,500 per month
Total monthly CTC: ₹17,000 (including PF & ESI benefits)
Night shift overtime pay at ₹108/hour
Company-provided uniform and ID card
Timely monthly salary disbursed via bank transfer
