Picker / Packer Jobs in Sector 52, Gurgaon
🧾 Job Title – Picker / Packer (Blinkit)
📍 Location: Sector 52, Gurgaon
🏢 Company: Blinkit (through third-party manpower partner)
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | On-Roll or Contractual
💰 Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000/month (including incentives)

📌 Job Role:
📦 Pick grocery and inventory items as per customer orders through a handheld device/app
📤 Pack commodities with care and label them suitably
✅ Perform quality checks before dispatch
🤝 Coordinate with delivery team for handover of packed goods
🧹 Maintain the warehouse clean and stock the same accordingly
🛡️ Follow all the warehouse hygiene and safety protocols

👤 Candidate Qualifications:
🎓 Education: 12th / 10th Pass
📅 Experience: Fresher or 0–6 months experience in warehouse/logistics (preferred)
🔞 Age: 18–35 years
👨💼 Gender: Male
📄 Documents Required:
🆔 Aadhar Card
🧾 PAN Card
🏦 Bank Account Details
📑 Police Verification (if required)

⏰ Shift & Work Details:
🔁 Shifts: Rotational (Day/Night)
📆 Working Days: 6 days/week
🕘 Working Hours: 8–12 hours/day (as per store requirements)
