Picker / Packer Jobs in Sector 61, Gurgaon
🧾 Job Designation – Picker / Packer (Blinkit)
📍 Place: Sector 61, Gurgaon
🏢 Organization: Blinkit (via third-party manpower partner)
💼 Type of Job: Full-Time | On-Roll or Contractual
💰 Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000/month (inclusive of incentives)

📌 Job Description:
📦 Pick grocery and stock items according to customer orders via a handheld device/app
📤 Pack goods carefully and label them accordingly
✅ Conduct quality checks prior to dispatch
🤝 Coordinate with delivery team for handover of packed goods
🧹 Keep the warehouse clean and arrange stock accordingly
🛡️ Adhere to all the warehouse hygiene and safety measures

👤 Candidate Requirements:
🎓 Education: 12th / 10th Pass
📅 Experience: Fresher or 0–6 months of experience in warehouse/logistics (preferred)
🔞 Age: 18–35 years
👨💼 Gender: Male
📄 Required Documents:
🆔 Aadhar Card
🧾 PAN Card
🏦 Bank Account Details
📑 Police Verification (if required)

⏰ Shift & Work Details:
🔁 Shifts: Rotational (Day/Night)
📆 Working Days: 6 days/week
🕗 Working Hours: 8–12 hours/day (subject to store requirements)
