📝 Job Description
We are currently seeking Picker/Packer personnel for our warehouse facility in Tina Nagar, Mumbai. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth operations in order processing—covering picking, packing, and preparing shipments. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, dependable, and willing to work rotational shifts in a fast-paced logistics setting.
🔧 Major Responsibilities
Pick products accurately using handheld scanners or printed pick lists
Pack items safely as per company packaging standards and safety guidelines
Label parcels correctly and arrange them for dispatch
Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free warehouse environment
Assist with restocking, inventory checks, and damage reporting
Follow operational and safety protocols strictly
Consistently meet assigned targets for productivity and accuracy
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (SSC or Equivalent)
Experience in warehouse/logistics preferred (Freshers welcome)
Physically capable of lifting light weights and standing for extended hours
Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night and weekends
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus
Should be punctual, team-oriented, and detail-focused
💼 Salary & Benefits
💵 In-hand Salary: ₹13,500/month
