📝 Job Overview
We are hiring Picker/Packer specialists for our warehouse facility in Vadgaonsheri, Pune. This position is vital for precise order picking, safe product packing, and timely shipment preparation. Candidates must be physically fit, punctual, and comfortable with rotational shifts in a high-volume logistics environment.
🔧 Major Duties
Pick products accurately using handheld scanners or printed pick lists
Pack items securely as per company packaging standards
Label and prepare packages for dispatch and delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organized stock arrangement in the warehouse
Assist with inventory updates, restocking, and damage checks
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Meet daily targets for accuracy and productivity
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (SSC or equivalent)
Experience in warehouse/logistics preferred (Freshers may also apply)
Physically capable of lifting moderate weights and standing for long hours
Willing to work in rotational, night, and weekend shifts
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus
Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and a cooperative team player
