📝 Job Description
We are recruiting energetic and detail-oriented Picker/Packer employees for our warehouse operations in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. This position is essential for efficient order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping preparation. Ideal candidates should be reliable, physically fit, and open to working rotational shifts in a dynamic logistics environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick items using handheld scanners or printed pick lists
Pack products securely following company packaging guidelines
Label and organize shipments for timely dispatch
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Assist in inventory control, restocking, and damage reporting
Follow safety procedures and standard operating processes
Consistently achieve required productivity and accuracy levels
🎓 Qualification Criteria
Minimum Education: 10th Pass (SSC or Equivalent)
Experience in warehouse/logistics preferred but not mandatory
Physically capable of lifting moderate weights and standing for long durations
Willing to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
Basic understanding of warehouse functions is a plus
Must be punctual, a team player, and attentive to detail
💼 Salary & Benefits
