🔧Key Responsibilities:
Carry out routine inspections of incoming raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods
Monitor product quality on the production line and document findings in real time
Identify defects, deviations, or inconsistencies in packaging, labeling, or weight standards
Work closely with the floor team to suggest immediate corrective and preventive actions
Maintain detailed inspection logs and submit regular reports to the Quality Supervisor
Support the implementation of internal SOPs and compliance with ISO/GMP standards
Ensure that all quality checks align with company policies and regulatory safety guidelines
Promote a culture of quality awareness within the production environment

🎓Required Qualifications & Core Skills:
Minimum educational qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant technical field
Experience: 0–2 years in a quality control, inspection, or production support role
Freshers with strong observation skills and eagerness to learn are welcome
Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain thorough documentation
Basic understanding of inspection tools, quality parameters, and production flow
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for seamless teamwork
Capability to work under supervision and within fast-paced industrial settings
Awareness of hygiene, safety, and compliance protocols will be advantageous
