📋 Job Summary
As a Shift In-Charge at Kisan Konnect, you’ll lead the warehouse operations during your shift, managing a team of pickers, packers, and loaders. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accuracy in order processing, meeting daily targets, maintaining stock records, and enforcing hygiene and safety compliance. Manage daily warehouse functions such as picking, packing, dispatch, and loading
Assign and monitor task execution of shift team members
Meet daily shift performance and order accuracy targets
Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock audits
Perform quality checks before order dispatch
Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure proper stacking
Report delays, stock shortages, or operational issues to supervisors
Follow and implement standard operating procedures
Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards

👤 Candidate Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in logistics, warehouse, or shift management
Strong team handling and shift supervision capabilities
Knowledge of warehouse systems or inventory software (WMS preferred)
Must be physically fit and ready for rotational or weekend shifts
Documents Required: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Passbook, Recent Photograph
💸 Salary & Benefits
Monthly In-hand Salary: ₹15,500
CTC: ₹19,000 including PF, ESI & performance incentives
