Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Assistance:
Greet walk-in customers courteously and professionally.
Understand customer needs and assist them in identifying suitable products.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and ongoing promotions.
Maintain a polite and helpful attitude throughout customer interactions to encourage repeat business.
Cleanliness & Store Organization:
Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
Ensure product labels are correctly placed and price tags are clearly visible.
Organize store displays for promotions, seasonal stock, or daily highlights.
Dispose of damaged packaging and expired products according to store policies.
Candidate Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: 10th Pass
12th Pass or Graduates in any stream are preferred but not mandatory
Experience Level:
Freshers can apply
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in shopkeeping, sales, or customer service roles will be given preference
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 (based on qualifications and performance in interview)
Incentives: Performance-based incentives (if applicable)
Salary Mode: Timely disbursement through bank transfer or UPI
Leave Policy: 1 weekly off and national holidays (as per store rules)
Uniform: Provided by the store (if applicable)
Employee Safety: Basic safety standards and store security ensured
