📋 Key Responsibilities:
📞 Make outbound calls to potential candidates or customers using company data
🗣️ Explain job opportunities or services clearly and convincingly
📊 Maintain call logs and update response status in Excel or CRM
📅 Follow up with leads and assist in scheduling interviews or meetings
📩 Share relevant job or service details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email
🙋♀️ Assist walk-in candidates with registration and basic queries
🎯 Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and submit performance updates
🤝 Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all interactions

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills:
🎓 Minimum Education: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
🧑💻 Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or BPO is beneficial
🗣️ Excellent communication in Hindi; basic English is a plus
💻 Comfortable using MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic email functions
😊 Polite, patient, and attentive listening skills
🚀 Self-motivated, goal-focused, and professional in approach
