As a Telecaller, your main responsibility will be to communicate with customers over phone calls, provide product or service information, resolve queries, and generate qualified leads for business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products or services clearly

Follow up with interested customers to improve conversion rates
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets
Maintain proper call quality and follow company communication guidelines
Work closely with team members and supervisors for better performance
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate preferred
Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply)
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi; basic English preferred
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
Basic knowledge of computer operations and mobile/desktop calling tools
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
