Job Title: Quality Controller
Location: Santacruz, Mumbai
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Depending on skills and experience)

Major Job Responsibilities:
Perform inspection of incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods for quality compliance
Oversee the production line by conducting quality checks periodically during each shift
Detect and document product deviations, defects, or non-conformities
Coordinate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions
Verify labeling, packaging, product weight, and hygiene standards at final inspection
Maintain accurate records of inspection results and report to the quality supervisor
Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO, GMP, or internal SOP standards
Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines and safety protocols during the quality assurance process

Eligibility Criteria & Desired Skills:
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or any relevant technical stream
Experience: 0–2 years in quality checking, inspection, or production processes
Freshers with strong observation and reporting abilities are welcome to apply
Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
Basic knowledge of quality assurance tools such as checklists, control charts, and batch reports
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for coordination with floor teams
