📋 Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products or services
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely support
Record call details, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system
Follow up on leads to ensure conversions and maintain client relationships
Support sales and marketing campaigns by generating qualified leads
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and reporting requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

✅ Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred
0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (Freshers welcome)
Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication skills are a plus
Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills
Basic knowledge of computers and call center tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Professional, confident, and customer-friendly attitude
