📋 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and other systems
✅ Identify and correct errors in entered data for quality assurance
✅ Organize, label, and maintain both physical and digital records
✅ Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive company and client data
✅ Coordinate with internal departments to verify information
✅ Generate reports and summaries based on collected data
✅ Support basic administrative work such as document preparation and record maintenance
✅ Participate in improving data processes and documentation standards
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills:
🎓 Education: Minimum 10+2 (Intermediate); graduates preferred
💻 Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and general computer operations
⌨️ Typing speed of 30–40 WPM with accuracy
🧠 Strong focus and attention to detail
🧩 Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks
🗣️ Good verbal and written communication skills
🔐 Awareness of data privacy and confidentiality norms
📁 Previous experience in data entry, office assistant, or admin work is a plus — freshers are welcome to apply
