Role: Team Member – Kitchen (Semi-Skilled)
About the Role:
Bistro by Blinkit is looking for dedicated and hardworking candidates for the position of Team Member – Kitchen. The role involves assisting in food preparation and ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes as per company standards
- Assisting in cutting, cleaning, and basic food processing tasks
- Maintaining proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Ensuring safe handling and storage of food items
- Following instructions from the kitchen supervisor/manager
- Supporting team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Work Schedule:
- Rotational / Variable shifts as per business requirements
- Note: Female employees will not be assigned night shifts
Shift Timings:
- Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
- Candidate must be able to read and understand basic English & Hindi
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Prior experience in kitchen/food industry will be an added advantage (not mandatory)
Salary & Benefits:
- Net Take Home (NTH): ₹14,835 per month
- Night Allowance: ₹1,500 (applicable for night shifts)
- Additional Allowance: ₹700 (applicable from 2nd month of joining)
- Fixed CTC: ₹20,000 per month
Additional Benefits:
- Retention Bonus: ₹3,000 every 3 months (subject to company policy)
