🛠 Key Responsibilities
✅ Client Acquisition & Outreach
Conduct market visits to identify and connect with potential clients across various industries.
Pitch manpower and staffing solutions to SMEs, retail chains, logistics hubs, and local businesses.
Build strong business relationships through in-person meetings and follow-ups.
Represent the brand during events, job fairs, or on-ground campaigns.
✅ Sales Conversions & Negotiations
Explain service offerings effectively, highlighting business benefits.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with prospective clients to close deals.
Ensure all client documentation and service agreements are correctly processed.
Meet and exceed monthly targets in terms of lead conversions and revenue.
✅ Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Act as a liaison between clients and recruitment teams for seamless service delivery.
Resolve client queries professionally and promptly.
✅ Reporting & Coordination
Record daily activities, leads, and sales updates using CRM tools or Excel sheets.
Submit detailed field reports to the sales supervisor regularly.
Collaborate closely with operations and support teams to ensure smooth service implementation.

👤 Candidate Requirements
🎓 Education:
Minimum: 12th Pass
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
💼 Experience:
1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B/B2C client handling, or business development
Freshers with strong communication and selling skills are also encouraged to apply
🧠 Key Skills:
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication
Strong sales aptitude and negotiation skills
Time management and independent working ability
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM software
Willingness to travel extensively within local territory
🛵 Other Requirements:
Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone for daily field visits
Should be familiar with Delhi NCR locations and routes
